FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes, and there is no paid tier hiding behind it. Every listing here was free in its source repo, so charging to read it back would be charging for someone else’s work.

Do I need an account?

No. Reading and copying never ask for one. Signing in is only for voting, reviewing or posting — and it is an email link, no password.

What do you store about me?

Your email, and only if you sign in or subscribe. No name, no card, no browsing history. See privacy.

Do you run the skills?

Never. Nothing here executes on our machines, so your inputs never reach us. Scoring, when we do it, reads the file — it does not run it.

Can I use these at work?

That depends on each licence, which is printed on every listing and read from the actual licence text rather than the label GitHub shows. Most are MIT. Check the one you are taking.

That is my skill. Take it down.

Say so and it comes down, no argument — one message. If you would rather keep it listed under your name, that works too.

Why is my skill not here?

We have 661 so far and the crawler only reads public repos with a licence we can carry. Ask for it and we will go look.

How do I get mine listed?

Free, through submit. You keep the credit and the licence stays yours.
