Creator terms
Short on purpose. Last changed 22 October 2026.
Only sell what is yours
You may list a skill or prompt only if you wrote it yourself or hold the right to sell it. Do not resell free work from GitHub or anywhere else, and do not copy another seller. If someone shows us it is theirs, we take it down and refund the buyers.
Your rights for paid items
When you list a paid item, you give AgentAlley a non-exclusive right to publish and sell it, for as long as it is listed. You keep ownership and may keep selling it anywhere else. Free items stay entirely yours.
- Non-exclusive: you may also sell the same item on your own site, on GitHub or on other marketplaces. AgentAlley is the seller of record and buyers pay AgentAlley; Lemon Squeezy only processes the payment.
- Credit: you are always named as the author.
- Royalty: AgentAlley pays you 70% of net revenue from each sale. Net revenue is what the buyer paid for the item, excluding sales tax and VAT. Refunded or charged-back sales earn no royalty.
- Payouts: All prices and payouts are in USD. Your share of each sale is held 30 days, then paid by PayPal on the 10th of the following month. The minimum payout is $50. When you add or change your PayPal account, payouts are held for 14 days. You can see a monthly royalty statement in your creator account.
- Taxes: you are responsible for your own income tax on what we pay you.
- Removal: if you remove the item (or we do), it stops being sold here at once and our right to sell it ends.
- Buyers who already bought the item keep their access.
You agree to this each time you send in or reprice a paid item, and we record the version you agreed to (current version: publish-v3-nx-aa). If you agreed to an earlier version, you will be asked to agree to this one the next time you edit or reprice a paid item.
Not legal advice — review pending. This is a plain-English summary of the rules above. The version recorded on your item is the one you agreed to.
It must do what the page says
Describe it honestly. No secrets or API keys, no hidden instructions, no commands that delete, download-and-run or send data somewhere the buyer did not expect. Every submission is checked automatically and then read by a person before it goes on the shelf.
Refunds
If a buyer is not happy with an item, they get their money back within 7 days of purchase, and that sale is removed from your earnings.
If a buyer's bank reverses a payment (a chargeback), or the sale is refunded, your share of that sale is reversed too — deducted from your unpaid balance or from your next payout.
Who sells to the buyer
AgentAlley is the seller of record: buyers buy from AgentAlley and pay AgentAlley. Lemon Squeezy only processes the payment for us — it runs the card and collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout.
Becoming a creator
One button on the creator page, no form. Free items can go up right away, each one still reviewed and scanned, with a daily cap until a moderator approves you. Setting a price needs that approval; you ask for it from your creator dashboard.
Price and your share
Free, or from $1 to $500. Items under $5 can only be bought with AgentAlley credit. You keep a 70% royalty on every sale, before tax.
Payouts and tax
All prices and payouts are in USD. Your share of each sale is held 30 days, then paid by PayPal on the 10th of the following month. The minimum payout is $50. When you add or change your PayPal account, payouts are held for 14 days.
You are responsible for declaring and paying your own income tax on what we pay you. Sales tax or VAT charged to buyers is handled at checkout, not by you.
Removal
You can remove your own item at any time from your creator profile; it stops being sold at once. We may reject or remove an item that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why. Either way, our right to sell it ends when it is removed.
