What demographic and cultural trends shape the market?

- Which factors are threats to mitigate or avoid?
- Which factors require compliance or adaptation?
- Identify key metrics or leading indicators to monitor
- Build contingency plans for high-impact factors
- Document assumptions and unknowns requiring research
